What you'll do

  • Own the monthly forecasting and variance analysis cycle for assigned SG&A: function(s), delivering clear explanations of performance against plan

  • Support month-end close activities including accruals, reclassifications, and coordination with Accounting

  • Build and maintain reporting that gives functional leaders continuous visibility into their cost structure

  • Develop and embed internal and external KPIs into recurring business reviews for your assigned function(s)

  • Support the annual operating plan and long-range planning processes

  • Partner with functional leaders to identify cost drivers, flag risks and: opportunities, and pressure-test assumptions
