What you'll do
Build and deliver prototypes for strategic enterprise opportunities,: accelerating sales cycles and de-risking deals
Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their requirements,: workflows, and technical environments
Support enterprise deals as the technical bridge between customer needs and product capabilities
Translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable product insights
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feed field learnings into the product roadmap
Validate customer use cases for new product initiatives through hands-on prototyping and iteration
What they're looking for
- Identify reusable patterns across customer engagements and drive their productization
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product,: Engineering, and customer organizations
- Work on ongoing field engineering initiatives, including: Prototype delivery for strategic enterprise opportunities
