What you'll do
Support cross functional projects across all Workday functional areas (Core: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent & Performance)
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements
Capture business process requirements, and translate these requirements into effective technical solutions
Identify and resolve unexpected process flaws or issues, offering: recommendations for improvements and alternative approaches to meet requirements
Drive innovation by suggesting process and customer service improvements,: policy changes, and creative solutions while adhering to established policies
Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency
What they're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar: technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll: systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws and practices
- Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party: systems (such as payroll providers, benefit carriers, or time collection systems) is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skill
- A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
