What you'll do

  • Support cross functional projects across all Workday functional areas (Core: HCM, Benefits, Advanced Comp, Talent & Performance)

  • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of system upgrades or enhancements

  • Capture business process requirements, and translate these requirements into effective technical solutions

  • Identify and resolve unexpected process flaws or issues, offering: recommendations for improvements and alternative approaches to meet requirements

  • Drive innovation by suggesting process and customer service improvements,: policy changes, and creative solutions while adhering to established policies

  • Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency

What they're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar: technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, payroll: systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge of HR-related processes, employment laws and practices
  • Experience with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party: systems (such as payroll providers, benefit carriers, or time collection systems) is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skill
  • A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to quickly prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, eager to improve everything you touch
