What you'll do
Work with a cross-functional engineering team (RF, DSP, Firmware, FPGA,: software, Test) to deliver robust embedded processing solutions for communications and networking.
Execute and optimize the FPGA Firmware implementation development lifecycle,: from algorithms in Matlab and/or Simulink and requirements definition through architecture, design, development, Firmware implementation, test, integration, support and sustainment for low-cost FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs.
Establish and optimize comprehensive product development workflows and best: practices across the HDL firmware lifecycle, encompassing architecture, design, simulation, verification, and system testing.
Develop microProcessor ICDs between FPGA and message/data handling schemes
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional hardware and/or: embedded systems product development teams, taking firmware and software from concept to production
What they're looking for
- + years of experience designing, implementing, and verifying FPGA-based systems using VHDL or Verilog,
- Experience using code-generators to translate MATLAB/Simulink algorithms into FPGA implementations
- Proficient in C and C++
- Experience with RTOS (Real Time Operating Systems)
