The opportunity

What you'll do

  • Own lifecycle strategy for international consumer engagement: identify, size, and prioritise opportunities across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.

  • Collaborate with product, product marketing, design, data science, and: creative partners to build personalised, compelling customer journeys.

  • Define and execute contact strategy through automated and triggered journeys: across key channels (e.g. email, push, in-app surfaces where available), coordinating localisation and approvals across markets as needed.

  • Use segmentation and performance analysis to generate data-driven hypotheses;: design and implement A/B tests, applying statistical fundamentals (e.g. sample size, significance) to evaluate results.

  • Drive the creative development and iteration pipeline, partnering with: creative and channel teams to apply experimentation insights and continuously improve execution quality.

  • Establish performance reporting to track campaign effectiveness over time and: inform prioritisation and roadmap planning.

What they're looking for

  • Partner with data science and analytics to define success metrics, validate: audience logic, and improve tracking/instrumentation where needed.
  • Maintain operational rigour (e.g. QA, governance, documentation, and: messaging guardrails) to support scalable, compliant communications.
