The opportunity
Are you the person who can make a go-to-market technology stack behave like a single engine rather than a pile of disconnected tools? Do you move fluently between Salesforce and the marketing platforms that sit on top of it — keeping them integrated, configured, and running as one reliable system?
What you'll do
Marketing & GTM Technology Stack Ownership: Own the administration, configuration, and integration of the marketing technology stack — including Customer.io and adjacent marketing automation, enrichment, and routing platforms — ensuring tools are connected, optimized, and feeding clean data to and from Salesforce.
Salesforce Declarative Development & Ownership: Serve as the go-to owner for all non-Apex solutions supporting GTM and marketing data flows. Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, and campaign structures that automate lead and lifecycle processes end to end.
Lead Routing & Scoring Administration: Configure and maintain the systems that execute lead intake, enrichment, scoring, routing, and suppression. Implement the rules Marketing defines as accurate, monitored logic in Salesforce and the routing tools, and keep them reliable as needs change.
Marketing Automation Administration: Administer Customer.io and related platforms — managing configuration, integrations, deliverability, consent, and the data sync with Salesforce. Maintain the tracking plumbing (tagging, UTMs, conversion events, CRM campaign records) so campaign responses route to the correct follow-up and measurement holds up.
Data Integrity & Governance: Protect data quality across the marketing and Salesforce ecosystem through regular audits, deduplication, and field and taxonomy governance. Establish protocols for segmentation, tagging, and cleansing, and monitor routing accuracy and data flow so the systems stay reliable as the business evolves.
Third-Party Application Management: Own point-and-click administration for Revenue- and Marketing-owned applications (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, cadence, and customer-engagement tools), ensuring they are integrated, maintained, and optimized against business processes.
