What you'll do
Manage and optimize Workday configurations and processes for US Payroll, absence, and time tracking.
Provide expert support and configuration across various Workday modules,: including HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations.
Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to gather: requirements, design solutions, and resolve complex HRIS issues.
Lead or actively participate in HRIS projects, from system enhancements to: new module implementations and process improvements.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday, including: regular audits and accurate reporting.
+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday.
