The opportunity
Anduril’s Manufacturing Automation team is seeking a Senior Machine Vision Engineer to join our team. The Manufacturing Automation team is responsible for the design, integration, and deployment of automated manufacturing systems across Anduril factories.
What you'll do
Develop and implement machine vision for automation systems, quality: inspection, defect detection, and process monitoring
Specify, procure, validate, and sustain vision system components including: cameras, lenses, lighting, controllers, and software
Oversee the installation, validation, and commissioning of vision systems in: production environments across multiple product lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate high-precision: inspection systems into production lines and automation systems
Lead efforts into RCCA on vision systems and process failures
Train production staff on the operation and maintenance of vision systems
