What you'll do
Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, serving as the: primary finance partner to 3+ C-level executives and their leadership teams on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning.
Drive the vision for how Finance partners with the business by identifying: and implementing new analytical frameworks, efficiency opportunities, and operational improvements.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear performance: expectations and building a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
Partner cross-functionally with People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and: Finance leadership to align on budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and strategic priorities.
Shape company-wide investment decisions by building financial models,: scenario analyses, and business cases that inform executive decision-making.
Execute regular financial reporting and variance analysis, translating: complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and the CFO's office.
What they're looking for
- + years in FP&A, strategic finance, or a combination of these roles: (investment banking experience counts), with a significant portion spent in leadership roles at high-growth technology companies.
- At least 2 years of direct people management experience, with a track record: of coaching and developing finance professionals.
- Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to C-level executives, with: specific examples of influencing company-level strategy, resource allocation, or investment decisions.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models that: drive executive decision-making across multiple functional areas.
