What you'll do
Drive alignment across engineering, product, and leadership on AI investment: priorities and set the multi-year technical roadmap.
Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science to take high-impact ML initiatives from concept to production.
Ensure high-quality, efficient data pipelines that support both business and AI needs.
Define and own success metrics that tie ML work directly to business outcomes.
Grow and mentor a team of ML/Data engineers, raising the technical bar across the org.
Lead and mentor a senior team of Managers and Engineers across Machine: Learning, Data Engineering and Software Engineering.
What they're looking for
- This role is highly cross functional so you will partner with senior: leadership across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and across our Business to align stakeholders, define multi-year roadmaps, set and execute on iterative milestones.
- Coaching and developing team members, helping them grow their careers,: technical expertise, and collaboration skills.
- + years of overall engineering experience with 5+ years managing a team in a: fast paced, high growth tech environment
- BS, MS or PhD in Computer Science or related field
