What you'll do
Set the vision for a team of Product Data Scientists
Lead the team to execute company vision at scale, owning all team outputs: across optimizations, modeling, and data analysis
Analyze operational and vehicle data to enhance Waymo Driver performance,: support rapid geographic expansion, and maintain continuous freedom of operation
Act as a key thought partner to senior leadership, aligning cross-functional: stakeholders around a shared vision
Manage the prioritization of team resources to effectively partner with key: cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and strategy
+ years of experience in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
