The opportunity
The Datadog Security design team (K9 Design, as we lovingly call it) is hiring a senior product design manager to lead design across our security products. This is a chance to shape an industry-leading experience for a new kind of Datadog user: security practitioners who need to…
What you'll do
Lead design direction across your team's products, and hold the bar for: design excellence end to end: interactions, visual detail, consistency and cohesion.
You're in the work. Run critiques, give direct and useful feedback, and push: the team toward bolder, more opinionated solutions rather than safe ones.
Coach and grow designers across our Paris, Madrid and New York offices,: helping each of them do the best work of their careers.
Help define a security design system built on top of Datadog's existing: components, with the security practitioner's workflows in mind.
Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to evolve cross-platform: thinking, shape roadmaps, and to set how the three disciplines work together day to day.
Take accountability for the product and business outcomes your team's design work influences.
