You are a strategic, detail-oriented professional with expertise in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry. You thrive on managing complex international onboardings and turning nuanced challenges into seamless customer and employee experiences.
What you'll do
Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires,: including the execution of employment agreements, statutory policy alignment, local enrollments, and the successful implementation of local benefit enrollments to ensure 100% Day 1 compliance.
Identify customer needs during the implementation phase to recommend: essential supplemental services, including but not limited to, IT provisioning, background checks, supplemental benefits, and more.
Lead high-impact initiatives to improve the customer and employee journey: and drive efficiency across the onboarding experience for our workers and admins.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations,: and Product to resolve gaps and deliver a cohesive customer and employee experience.
Drive process innovation and automation, identifying opportunities to automate and optimize workflows.
Act as a global EOR expert, guiding admins through country-specific nuances: and supporting their expansions into new markets.
