Your Role Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for a Senior Operations Planning Manager (all genders)! In this key role, you will take ownership of site-wide planning, ensuring that workforce, capacity, and production plans are seamlessly aligned.

What they're looking for

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity: planning, workforce planning, or a related role, ideally within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate: complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
