What you'll do
Responsible for payroll processing for assigned payrolls, US and/or International
Responsible for processing inputs from compensation and benefits, including: auditing benefits, compensation, and leave of absence data for assigned payrolls
Coordinate LOA payments and return to work dates with vendor
Coordinate with relocation team on relocation data for employees
Assist in the audit process of payroll taxes related to the Company’s: quarterly equity vesting process, as well as its ESPP plan
Maintain SOX compliance in areas of responsibility
What they're looking for
- Assist in the development and documentation of various Payroll initiatives: designed to streamline the process and scale with the organization
- Maintain and reconcile payroll records
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to employees who: have questions regarding their pay, deductions, paid leave balances and other payroll processes
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of required tax reporting
