The opportunity
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
What you'll do
Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC international entities: including India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, and many more as we expand.
Support expansion of payroll operations to new countries including Singapore, New Zealand, and others
Support Corporate Accounting with month-end payroll related accounting tasks and questions
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws across all jurisdictions
Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers
Respond to employee inquiries regarding international payroll matters in a timely and professional manner
What they're looking for
- Partner closely with the equity team to process stock options
- Resolve international tax notices from various tax authorities
- Collaborate with People, Tax, Global Mobility, Finance, and other departments: to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements
- Assist in preparing international payroll reports and analytics for management review
