The opportunity

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

What you'll do

  • Execute full-cycle payroll processing for APAC international entities: including India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, and many more as we expand.

  • Support expansion of payroll operations to new countries including Singapore, New Zealand, and others

  • Support Corporate Accounting with month-end payroll related accounting tasks and questions

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and employment laws across all jurisdictions

  • Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding international payroll matters in a timely and professional manner

What they're looking for

  • Partner closely with the equity team to process stock options
  • Resolve international tax notices from various tax authorities
  • Collaborate with People, Tax, Global Mobility, Finance, and other departments: to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement process improvements
  • Assist in preparing international payroll reports and analytics for management review
