What you'll do
Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs: and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the HR team and Compensation & Benefits team and other: internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,: interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales and Value Engineering roles.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent,: utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by: providing timely feedback and communication.
Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing: necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.

- Provide market intelligence and insights to hiring managers to aid in: decision-making and strategy development.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
