Experience designing billing, payments, subscriptions, checkout, or pricing: surfaces where correctness and clarity are high-stakes.
A track record of growth wins you can point to: activation, conversion, or retention you measurably moved.
Comfort with experimentation, tooling, and reading data yourself, rather than waiting on a handoff.
Design-engineering literacy: comfort near code, motion, or prototyping, and curiosity about AI-assisted design.
Writing, talks, or side projects that demonstrate your craft and point of view.
