What you'll do
Set strategy and roadmap for new Capital products.
Understand customer needs and make investments in products and features that deliver customer value.
Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product,: Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver a highly automated platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.
Operate with a data and experimentation first mindset defining success: metrics for the team and adopting an AI-first product development approach that uses experimentation to measurably improve outcomes.
What they're looking for
- + years of experience building high-scale products in fast growing tech or fintech environments.
- + years of experience in lending, banking, or adjacent products.
- Track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
- You are able to translate technical complexity back to customer impact and: understand the needs of different customers.
- PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact.
- Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking.
- Demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams.
