We have a massive opportunity ahead of us – to scale Adyen’s financial products by 10x, ushering in the next phase of growth for the company. Adyen has built a Financial OS spanning Issuing, Banking, and Capital, powered by our unified global platform, banking licenses, and dynamic identity data.
What you'll do
Set strategy and roadmap for the Cards & Wallets team.
Understand customer needs and make investments in products and features that deliver customer value.
Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product,: Design, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver an highly automated platform that scales globally without compromising reliability or trust.
Operate with a data and experimentation first mindset defining success: metrics for the team and adopting an AI-first product development approach that uses experimentation to measurably improve outcomes.
Established a clear vision, strategy and goals for the Cards & Wallets team
Identified key customer and operational pain points helping shape the product roadmap
What they're looking for
- Build a well oiled product development team that can execute on the roadmap
- Launched core product capabilities that drive Issuing volume
- Experience - 8+ years building high-scale products in fast growing tech or: fintech environments. 2+ years of experience in cards or payments products.
- Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform: initiatives at scale. Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
