The opportunity

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.

What you'll do

  • Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders

  • Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects

  • Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent: strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation

  • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform: in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership.

  • Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise: needs, technical risk, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs between near-term customer needs, technical debt, and long-term architecture explicit.

  • Lead product discovery for technically complex problems, engaging directly: with enterprise customers and internal customer-facing teams.

What they're looking for

  • Platform product experience: You have 5+ years in Product, with at least 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products.
  • Technical depth: You're credible with senior engineers. You can reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, and hold your own in an architecture discussion. You're at home with non-functional requirements, where the details are the product.
  • Complex delivery track record: You've led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change.
  • Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
  • Exceptional communication: You make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
  • Enterprise platform reality: You understand what running software in customer-controlled environments means, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments
  • Hands-on ability: You can read code or prototype, even if you're not shipping it.
