What you'll do
Define the long-term product strategy and roadmap for Robinhood’s core money: movement rails and vendor integrations, including data aggregators and payment processors
Lead zero-to-one product initiatives to move assets & money faster, and scale: our payment infrastructure to support our product velocity
Drive significant improvements in system reliability and user: experience—scaling transaction success rates, funding of new accounts and reducing operational overhead
Identify improvements that reduce transaction failures, latency, operational: overhead and use insights to prioritize product decisions
Partner with engineering to deliver reliable systems that support deposits,: withdrawals, and internal money movement
Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment systems meet regulatory requirements
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience
- + years experience in a product management role, with a proven track record: of building complex financial infrastructure or money movement products
- Familiarity with payment systems (ACH, wires, card networks, stablecoin) and: vendor integrations such as data aggregators
- High technical empathy and experience partnering closely with engineering to: resolve complex architectural blockers and deliver clean user experiences.
