What you'll do

  • Own the Roadmap: Define, manage, and execute a 12–18 month feature roadmap for the Gov Cloud CRM platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

  • Prioritization & Negotiation: Skillfully manage competing stakeholder requests, prioritizing high-value initiatives that drive measurable outcomes and KPIs.

  • Platform Innovation: Partner with Technical Architects and Developers to evaluate new Salesforce features, plan platform upgrades, and design scalable, compliant solutions.

  • Backlog & Sprint Management: Write clear, concise user stories with precise acceptance criteria. Manage backlog refinement and facilitate standard sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, reviews).

  • Hands-on Execution: Actively support the team by performing hands-on business analysis, light project management, and quality assurance (QA) testing.

  • Release Management: Coordinate release schedules, create clear release notes and user documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

What they're looking for

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, downstream system owners, and leadership to define requirements and manage expectations.
  • User Adoption & Support: Drive user adoption and platform engagement through targeted training, community building, and ongoing feedback loops.
  • Product Management: 5–7+ years of digital product management experience, with a proven track record of owning products from discovery to launch.
  • Salesforce Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (specifically Sales Cloud).
