What you'll do
Responsible for the product lifecycle for equities/tradfi trading product,: from ideation to launch and iteration.
Drive product enhancements for traditional financial instruments integrating on Binance’s platform.
Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Binance’s vision and market trends.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering,: design, risk, compliance, and marketing.
Analyze market data, user feedback, and competitive landscape to identify: opportunities and optimize product performance.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager/BA, preferably in the tradfi industry
- Strong knowledge of traditional financial markets like Stocks, ETFs etc.
- Experience working with trading platforms or stock exchanges is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
