What you'll do
Build and improve the delivery and orderflows in our React Native apps, from: problem definition through to production and measurement
Run experiments on high-traffic, revenue-critical surfaces, and use the results to decide what ships next
Collaborate with engineers across the department and the company to: continuously improve the code base, systems, and processes
Design and develop solutions that can continue to scale
Support other team members through workshops, pair programming, and code reviews
Work beyond your specialization when the problem demands it. Your: specialization is your anchor, not your boundary.
What they're looking for
- Operate what you build. You instrument, monitor, and improve your systems in: production. Shipping is the beginning of the learning cycle, not the end.
- Contribute to the app experience, owning the metrics that reflect quality for: customers (delivery accuracy, crash-free sessions, performance).
- Hands-on experience working with AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor,: Copilot) beyond casual experimentation. You use AI agents every day. You have a practical sense of how the context you provide to AI tools shapes output quality, and how to set boundaries on AI-generated work.
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on work with React Native
