What you'll do
Own end-to-end program management for large-scale or high-complexity: Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope definition, roadmap development, resource planning, and delivery tracking
Define and communicate clear success metrics for each program, reporting: status and risk to Enterprise Technology & AI leadership on a regular cadence, and escalating issues with recommended paths forward
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop a deep: understanding of underlying problems, desired outcomes, and solution trade-offs
Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating decision-making, resolving: dependencies, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams
Recommend and implement improvements to program governance frameworks, intake: processes, and ways of working across the CIO org
Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable: work plans accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences
