What you'll do
Design and build across the platform: Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal / UI Builder experiences spanning ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and the rest of our stack: using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP and help shape how ServiceNow exposes its data and actions to other systems.
Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production: configure AI skills and agents, tune them against real ticket data and put sensible guardrails around what they're allowed to do.
Own the quality on your work: code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets and smooth family upgrades every year.
Document what you build so the next developer doesn't have to reverse-engineer it.

What they're looking for
- Solid JavaScript, plus real fluency with the platform data model and Flow Designer.
- Hands-on integration and automation experience: REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, OAuth.
- Experience in ITSM plus at least one more module: HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.
- Clear written and spoken communication.
