What you'll do
Design and implement core components and middleware for LatticeOS running: onboard autonomous vehicles and edge devices.
Develop robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems that can operate reliably: over denied, degraded, or intermittent communications links.
Create interfaces, APIs, and tooling that enable internal teams and: third-party partners to integrate seamlessly with LatticeOS through the Lattice SDK.
Collaborate with autonomy and hardware teams to ensure diverse physical: platforms can reliably run and interact with the core operating system.
What they're looking for
- Experience developing operating systems, middleware, SDKs, or developer platforms.
- Background in developing systems for defense, aerospace, robotics, or other mission-critical applications.
- Familiarity with software development for embedded systems, Linux internals,: or resource-constrained environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed communication networks, routing, and modern messaging standards.
