Design, build, and operate the distributed backend systems behind our: recommendations pipeline and our AI workflow execution engine, primarily in Python and TypeScript/Node.js.
Own and harden the infrastructure our products run on, including our AI: workflow platform on AWS and Kubernetes: improving reliability, observability, and scalability, not just consuming infra built elsewhere.
What they're looking for
- Strengthen how our systems handle failure: eventing and streaming, retries, backpressure, and recovery, so a single outage doesn't turn into days of replay.
- Reduce single points of failure across our infrastructure and share: operational and on-call ownership, so no critical system depends on any one person.
- Design clean service and API boundaries, and write and optimize the MongoDB: data models and queries that power recommendations.
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI tooling to increase your impact, and help the: team build reliable systems on top of non-deterministic, LLM-backed components.
