What you'll do
Design, build, debug, and evolve complex integrations that balance technical: excellence, business impact, and long-term maintainability.
Take ownership of the full software delivery lifecycle—from design and: implementation to code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
Apply an open-source engineering mindset to large-scale codebases,: championing software craftsmanship, thoughtful API design, robust testing, and collaborative development practices.
Own critical and non-critical production incidents end-to-end, leading: cross-functional response efforts, coordinating stakeholders, and driving clear communication to ensure swift resolution and continuous learning.
Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to identify high-impact: opportunities, influence strategic priorities, and shape the long-term vision.
Partner closely with Operations teams to uncover merchant pain points and: deliver elegant solutions that empower Adyen customers and enable seamless payment experiences.
What they're looking for
- Drive sound technical decision-making by leveraging deep knowledge of: software architecture, design patterns, and anti-patterns.
- Showcase product capabilities through technical demonstrations for internal: stakeholders, partners, and customers, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the plugins ecosystem, providing: technical guidance and helping teams navigate complex challenges.
- Create and maintain high-quality technical and functional documentation, and: lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training sessions to enable teams across the organization.
