What you'll do
Support customers throughout the sales journey (discovery, validation,: proposal, due diligence), demonstrating the value of the Okta Platform through live demos and presentations.
Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the customer's organization,: including CxO, security, developers, Product Managers, and IT administrators.
Bridge the gap between business and technology for diverse audiences, from: security engineers and developers to CISOs and CIOs.
Partner with the sales team as the go-to technical counterpart, enabling: customers to validate the value and potential of the Okta platform.
Focus on our Okta Workforce Identity solutions, confidently addressing: product features and in-depth technical inquiries from customers.
Design and execute well-defined, outcome-driven Proof of Concepts (POCs).
What they're looking for
- Develop a growing understanding of the Okta product line and the underlying technologies and protocols.
- Stay curious, and continuously grow your knowledge in Identity, Security, and more.
- Occasionally, participate in local and regional events, representing Okta as both a speaker and an attendee.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to provide direct: customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
