The opportunity
The Global Resource Management team is a small, focused group of engineers dedicated to driving organization and clarity across Cloudflare's platform. We develop and maintain applications that live in the foundational platform to enable features that span all of Cloudflare’s resources.
What you'll do
Solve Deep, Foundational Problems: Dive into complex, cross-cutting engineering challenges that benefit all Cloudflare products by creating organized, efficient, and well-managed applications.
Architect for Organization and Clarity: Design and make core architectural decisions focused on reducing fanout and simplifying system dependencies. The objective is to make platform adoption seamless and straightforward for product engineering teams.
Build Scalable Systems: Be responsible for proposing architectures, writing detailed specifications, and implementing high-quality, maintainable code to build scalable and highly available systems.
Drive Code Quality: Actively participate in thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback on technical specifications and designs, and ensure all implementations adhere to best practices for reliability and security.
