What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment: programs, building the frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase

  • Lead cross-functional program execution with COEs including Talent: Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed project plans, stakeholder alignment, and delivery timelines for concurrent initiatives

  • Build scalable interviewer enablement programs that strengthen how hiring: teams evaluate candidates, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices

  • Drive the change management strategy for new selection and assessment: programs, owning stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking to ensure frameworks land consistently across teams

  • Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection: programs, using data to validate assessment effectiveness, identify gaps, and iterate on evaluation criteria

  • Shape the methodology behind talent evaluation by researching and piloting: new assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions, establishing a framework for experimentation and continuous improvement

What they're looking for

  • + years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or: HR/people-focused management consulting, with demonstrated ability to design structured frameworks, move at speed, and ship programs that change how organizations operate
  • Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs: from concept through execution, with demonstrated ability to build detailed project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment: rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company
  • Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, including defining: KPIs, analyzing hiring outcomes, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
