What you'll do
Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, from: infrastructure scaling to reliability and incident response.
Connect platform and product engineering teams, keep context flowing, surface: dependencies, and drive effective execution.
Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective.
Partner with engineering leaders on roadmaps, identify how projects overlap: or depend on one another, and keep programs aligned with organizational goals.
Help engineers, engineering managers, and partner teams communicate business: and engineering priorities across the organization.
Strengthen Ramp’s incident response program by improving processes,: facilitating retrospectives, and helping teams act on what they learn.
What they're looking for
- Help define how TPMs work at Ramp by setting standards, creating playbooks, and improving program practices.
- + years of technical program management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, and a point of: view on how they can improve day-to-day work and software development.
- The ability to execute directly while improving how the broader team works.
