What you'll do
Lead technical execution for integrated Sentry Fixed Site systems, across: ground, maritime and air defense mission variants.
Drive programs from concept through system integration, validation,: qualification, production readiness, and deployment.
Coordinate subsystem integration across sensing, PTU, compute,: communications, power, autonomy, mission software, and structural systems.
Partner with Sentry Platform TPMs to align shared subsystem roadmaps with integrated system milestones.
Work closely with Product Management, Platform Architecture, Chief Engineers,: Manufacturing, Field Operations, and business line stakeholders.
Lead cross-functional planning, design reviews, build readiness, test events,: and deployment readiness activities.
What they're looking for
- Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense, sensor systems, or industrial hardware.
- Experience integrating complex electromechanical systems with software,: compute, power, communications, and sensors.
- Experience supporting customer demonstrations, field testing, or deployed systems.
- Familiarity with qualification testing, production readiness, sustainment, and manufacturing ramp.
- Experience working across multiple product lines or business units.
