What you'll do
Lead technical execution for shared Sentry platform technologies, including: pan-tilt units, compute, power systems, communications, platform software, and other foundational hardware and software capabilities.
Drive development from concept through prototype builds, integration,: validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, production, and adoption across multiple Sentry products.
Partner closely with Product Managers, the Lead Platform Architect, Chief: Engineers, and business line stakeholders to align shared platform capabilities with product roadmaps and mission requirements.
Collaborate with Fixed Site Systems and Maneuver Systems TPMs to synchronize: platform roadmaps with integrated product milestones.
Coordinate execution across Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,: Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Reliability, Test, Product Management, and Platform Architecture teams.
Drive standardization, modularity, and reuse of common technologies across the Sentry product family.
What they're looking for
- Experience developing autonomous systems, robotics, aerospace, defense: systems, automotive platforms, industrial equipment, or other complex electromechanical products.
- Experience leading development of shared hardware or software platforms supporting multiple products.
- Experience with compute platforms, power systems, communications, sensing: technologies, platform software, or other foundational system capabilities.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFA, qualification testing, supplier readiness,: reliability engineering, and manufacturing scale-up.
- Experience supporting multiple product lines through common technology development.
