What you'll do
Own full-cycle recruiting from senior individual contributor through director-level roles
Build and execute recruiting strategy for each search, then adjust it as the market gives you signal
Provide expert advice to managers on role definitions, market trends, and candidate leveling
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align hiring with business goals
Engage with passive and active talent to build future talent pools
Perform screenings that evaluate technical depth, product intuition, and leadership
What they're looking for
- Manage negotiation and closing strategies involving complex compensation and equity
- Ensure precise data maintenance within the applicant tracking system
- + years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record sourcing and closing senior, hard-to-fill talent,: including leading complex compensation conversations and converting candidates from cash-heavy roles into equity-based packages
