What you'll do
Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for technical roles across engineering,: data, product, AI, and other specialized functions.
Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping to: inform hiring strategies and pipeline development.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative outreach: across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, and other talent networks.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate: profiles, calibrate talent, and refine search strategies.
Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill: roles, including future-facing skill sets.
Champion diversity sourcing initiatives to attract underrepresented technical talent.
What they're looking for
- Track, analyze, and report on sourcing metrics to continuously optimize: outreach effectiveness and pipeline health.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within recruiting systems and dashboards.
- Contribute to process improvements, sourcing best practices, and knowledge sharing within the recruiting team.
