What you'll do
Trade the financing book daily, managing long and short side liquidity across: Prime Financing and CB Institutional products.
Optimize net interest margin on principal borrow/lend activity through active: position management and pricing adjustments.
Support asset and client pricing for financing implementation across lending, margin, and shorting products.
Engage directly with institutional clients, including hedge funds, ETF: issuers, market makers, UHNW individuals, and corporates, to structure financing solutions.
Build and refine custom client solutions that improve onboarding, internal: processes, and overall client experience.
+ years of experience in equity or fixed income financing, prime brokerage,: or derivatives at a bank, broker-dealer, or crypto exchange.
What they're looking for
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or similar programming languages applied to: trading analytics, pricing models, or data analysis.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fiat and crypto funding market fundamentals,: including repo, securities lending, and margin financing mechanics.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with institutional clients and internal: stakeholders while managing competing priorities with urgency.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver: business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
