What you'll do
Build our Atlas Migration Services and tooling, including data movement and: disaster recovery features. These are heavily used by customers of MongoDB Atlas (our Database-as-a-Service), as well as by on-prem customers
Work closely with product, design, and engineers across the organization to: collectively build features that our customers love
Uphold engineering best practices and help drive a culture of quality, customer focus, and continuous learning
Mentor and contribute to the growth of team members
Solve difficult technical problems in a distributed environment
