- Grow your scope by taking ownership of areas within our integration surfaces: and mentoring newer engineers joining the team.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a: willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
- Experience building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs or: external platforms (e.g., OAuth authorization flows, webhook pipelines, or notification systems), and a solid understanding of the operational realities that come with them.
- Ability to operate independently on well-scoped projects, navigating: ambiguity, identifying missing requirements, and proactively surfacing trade-offs before they become blockers.
