What you'll do
Own key projects end-to-end as the Directly Responsible Individual, driving: stablecoin-based money movement features from system design through production deployment with high accountability.
Build backend systems, infrastructure, and internal/external APIs that enable: businesses and partners to embed stablecoin-powered payments into their products.
Partner with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Compliance to translate: requirements into robust, scalable solutions that balance speed, security, and regulatory needs.
Execute performance, scalability, and reliability improvements across: distributed systems, identifying bottlenecks and driving fixes before they impact customers.
Support the team's engineering quality through code reviews, architectural: best practices, and contributing to patterns that raise the technical bar.
+ years of software engineering experience building and operating backend: systems, ideally in fintech, payments, or crypto.
What they're looking for
- Proficiency in backend languages (e.g., Go, Java) and cloud infrastructure: (e.g., AWS, GCP), with hands-on experience designing distributed systems and APIs.
- Track record of serving as DRI for technical projects, driving end-to-end: delivery from system design through production deployment.
- Experience integrating with or building on blockchain or crypto technologies: such as stablecoins, on-chain payments, or smart contract platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Base).
- Demonstrated ability to write technical design documents and communicate: architecture trade-offs to product and engineering stakeholders.
