The opportunity
Must have a Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, or a related field, plus two (2) years of experience in Software Development.
What you'll do
Build, develop, test, and deploy software infrastructure;
Modify existing software to correct errors or to improve its performance;
Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation;
Build, test, and maintain software development for the company’s various: codebases to integrate with external financial partners;
Consult and advise other peers on build system choices;
Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of: design within time and cost constraints;
What they're looking for
- Writing and debugging computer code;
- Writing software to issue and serve HTTP requests;
- Java, Ruby, Scala, or Python; and
- API, REST, Soap, Agile, Jira, GIT, AngularJS, or NodeJS.
- Payment processing in payins acquiring financial systems related to: authorization and clearing flows with major global card networks including Visa and Mastercard;
- Data modeling of card features in acquiring payments for financial processing systems;
- Working with ISO 8583 messages, and data warehouse queries; and
