What you'll do
Assist in gathering and documenting customer business and technical: requirements to help build "Detailed Future State" documentation.
Collaborate with sales, onboarding, PTMS engineers, and project management: teams to ensure product development efforts align with customer business requirements.
Shadow senior Solution Architects during structured requirements-gathering: sessions with customers and vendors.
Help research, process, and analyze data (including value stream mapping and: process analysis) to support the design of integrated TMS/PTMS solutions.
Attend, participate, and provide support at account status meetings and internal strategy sessions.
Participate in all other Uber Freight Intern meetings, seminars, learning: opportunities, and end-of-summer project presentations.
What they're looking for
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Supply: Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 .
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours) between June 7, 2027: August 13, 2027 .
- Ability to work in one of our central hubs Rogers, AR / Chicago, IL.
