What you'll do

  • We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our Customer Experience Team: and work alongside Project Managers, CSMs, Sales, Tech, and Support to deliver a seamless implementation experience to our Customers. You will effectively manage post-contract integration projects across a variety of platforms, meeting agreed timelines and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will be working alongside an established team of other solution architects, with various backgrounds in logistics and technology.

  • Lead API Solution Design phases for customer implementations, translating: business requirements into scalable, secure, and performant technical architectures aligned with project44 best practices.

  • Own and produce Implementation Design Documents (IDDs), including system: architecture, API flows, data mappings, dependencies, assumptions, and risks.

  • Act as the technical authority for customers, providing hands-on guidance and: troubleshooting throughout implementation with a broad and deep understanding of project44 APIs, products, and integrations.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Technical Support teams to: validate designs, resolve technical blockers, and influence product improvements based on customer feedback.

  • Support and coordinate System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT),: ensuring solutions meet functional, performance, and reliability requirements.

What they're looking for

  • Lead technical readiness for Go-Live, including cutover planning, validation, and post-deployment checks.
  • Provide Hypercare support post-launch, proactively monitoring integrations,: resolving issues quickly, and ensuring customer stability and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between customer technical teams and internal: stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply light project management skills to manage timelines, dependencies, and: deliverables; track work using time-tracking tools and manage tasks and issues via internal systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, Rocketlane).
