What you'll do
Execute critical payment operations accurately and on time across payment: processing, funds movement, reconciliations, exceptions, and other payment workflows.
Investigate and resolve payment issues, using data, payments knowledge, and: sound judgment to understand what happened, determine the right next step, and own issues through resolution.
Protect our customers and Justworks by following established controls,: recognizing potential risks or unusual activity, and escalating issues when appropriate.
Help improve how Payments Operations works by identifying recurring problems,: suggesting better ways of working, and providing feedback on processes, tools, and automation.
Use and adopt new tools and ways of working, including automation and: AI-enabled tools, to improve accuracy and efficiency while sharing what you learn with the team.
Own the outcome. You take responsibility for your work, communicate when: something is off track, and follow issues through to resolution.
