The opportunity
The Senior Director, Demand Generation EMEA is a senior, hands-on leadership role owning Pendo's marketing pipeline across the region — UK, DACH, France, Nordics, and the Netherlands.
What you'll do
Owning and delivering Pendo's EMEA pipeline contribution target across all segments and sub-regions
Building original, EMEA-first demand generation programmes: digital, ABM, and account-based plays designed for European buyers
Partnering closely with EMEA Sales and SAles Leaders on account plans,: pipeline coverage, and deal acceleration
Developing a coherent EMEA marketing strategy across diverse markets,: languages, and buying behaviours — with particular depth in French and DACH
Serving as the primary EMEA voice in global marketing planning, advocating for regional needs and investment
Leading and developing the EMEA demand generation function, including the Director of Field Marketing
What they're looking for
- Defining the EMEA co-marketing strategy with regional partners, resellers, and SIs
- Owning EMEA marketing performance reporting: pipeline contribution, ROI, funnel conversion, and marketing-attributed revenue
- + years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior demand: generation or regional marketing leadership role
- A proven track record of owning and hitting a pipeline number in a high-growth environment
