The opportunity

The Sr. Engagement Manager delivers measurable impact for our Public Sector customers as well as at the Business Unit (BU) or Regional team level in the Forward Deployed Engineering organization.

What you'll do

  • Regional Impact: Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals.

  • Complex Problem Solving: Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific complexities across multiple countries.

  • Mentorship: Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go-to: resource for peers on complex projects.

  • Sales Strategy: Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings.

  • Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.

  • + years of leadership experience in Professional Services.
