What you'll do

  • Define and drive the stateful user code execution service vision.

  • Partner with serverless platform teams to build the service.

  • Own the roadmap and execution, ensuring all team deliverables are met with high quality and on schedule.

  • Define team best practices for engineering excellence, including design: reviews, code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimizations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the stack.

  • + years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical leadership and impact.

What they're looking for

  • + years of engineering management experience.
  • Experience designing, building, and operating scalable SaaS platforms.
  • Expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern web application architectures.
  • Strong system-level skills. Experience with containers and K8S is highly desirable.
