What you'll do

  • Establish, lead, and scale the Resident Product Engineering (RPE): organization at AMP2, aligned with the proven AMP1 RPE operating model.

  • Own end‑to‑end product issue triage for vehicles in production, including: Clear problem definition

  • Immediate Containment Actions (ICA)

  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

  • Permanent Corrective Action (PCA) recommendation, validation, and closure

  • Act as the single point of entry for all manufacturing product‑related: escalations, ensuring clear prioritization and eliminating parallel escalation paths.
